Reports _one spontaneous conception with current partner.  Currently sexually active with husband, exclusive.  Husband is unproven male with recent _normal semen analysis. Have been tracking ovulation with kits x > 6 mos, is ovulating; reports that she and husband engage in coitus every other day during ovulation. Denies h/o PID, endometriosis; menorrhagia, metrorrhagia, menometrorrhagia; vaginal D/C; dysparunia; post-coital spotting.
