Most of these excellent resources come from ReproductiveAccess.org.  Check out their website for the most up-to-date versions.  They have a plethora of printable resources for patients.  The CDC Reproductive Health page is the home of the flowsheet about how to manage a missed pill, which is a helpful diagram when talking through this situation with patients.  The flowchart for emergency contraception comes from the Women's Health and Readiness Page.

Lastly, for patient-centric information the website Bedsider.org has a plethora of resources.  And here is a link to the DoD Safe Helpline, where persons who experienced sexual assault can reach out for help 24/7 via telephone, chat, or on a message board.
