Bremerton Naval Hospital

REFERRAL:

--> Wait two days for the referral to be processed.

--> Call the 800-404-4506 to find out where the referral was assigned, and to book your appointment if assigned to a military facility.

--> If your referral is sent to a civilian provider, go to www.tricare-west.com to check the status of your authorization, or call 844-866-9378 (it may take up to 10 days).  You will need to contact the provider's office directly to schedule your appointment.

--> If help is needed contact Naval Hospital Bremerton's Referral Management Center at 360-475-4455, Mon-Fri 0730-1600.

 

PHARMACY:

--> Pharmacy is Located on the first floor of the same building as the Family Medicine clinic (HP-17).

--> Hours: Mon - Fri 0730 - 1930.  Phone: 360-475-4425.  Refills: 360-475-4217.

 

DRIVE-THRU PICKUP OF NEW PRESCRIPTIONS:

--> 1. Text 'get in line' to 877-909-2512. 

--> Follow the prompts.  (You'll need the DoD ID of the person whose medications you are requesting).

--> Within one day you will receive a phone call by our pharmacy staff to confirm your medications.

--> After the pharmacy confirms your medications, you can pick up at the drive-thru the next business day.

 

LABS:

--> Lab is on the 2nd floor of the Main Hospital (Next to Radiology).

--> Hours: Mon-Fri 0730-1600.  Phone: 360-475-4260.

 

X-RAY, ULTRASOUND, MAMMOGRAM, CT, or BONE DENSITY:

--> Radiology is on the 2nd floor of the Main Hospital (next to Lab).

--> Hours: Mon-Fri 0730-1600.  Phone: 360-475-4220.

 

MRI:

--> MRI is located outside, next to the Main Hospital Urgent Care.

--> Hours: Mon-Fri 0800-1145, 1300-1530.  Phone: 360-475-4405.

 

IMMUNIZATIONS:

--> Immunizations is located on the third floor with the Pediatrics department.

--> Hours: Mon-Fri 0800-1530.  Phone: 360-475-4335.

 

GENESIS PATIENT PORTAL ASSISTANCE:

--> Login at https://patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH & COUNSELING RESOURCES:

 

            Family Medicine Internal Behavioral Health (IBHC)

         --> Available for all beneficiaries, no referral required. 

         --> Book through Family Medicine clinic: Talk to FM front desk or call FM Clinic at 360-475-4379 and request "IBHC appointment."

 

         HealthNet Federal Services Depression Management Program

         --> Provides education and self-management tools to manage depression. 

         --> At your next appointment, ask your intake staff for a referral to the program. 

         --> Or call the FM Clinic at 360-475-4379 and request to be enrolled in the Depression Management Program.

 

         Military One Source (Active Duty Only) :

         --> Confidential mental health resources (online and in person) without a referral.
